EPCM Services
Fraser-Lever provides experienced Engineering Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) services in the Australian and PNG minerals and resources sectors offering the scale and complexity required to deliver capacity projects. Our minerals EPCM experts shape and develop the design and execution of projects while bringing extensive experience and a proven track record for delivery.
Process plant EPCM provides a new way forward for government and private sector infrastructure projects with our multidisciplinary team of specialists streamlining the delivery of each project, from engineering to commissioning.
Resources EPCM follows a 4-phase arrangement for maximum integration and cost-efficiency throughout our minerals processing plant builds.
1. Engineering
This includes high level analysis of the technical aspects and preparation of reports on the timing, cost, proposed procurement arrangements, project challenges and other considerations.
2. Procurement
The procurement of all materials, equipment and construction works necessary for the project, along with a system to implement a tender process for robust procurement supply and delivery.
3. Construction
The management and supervision of the work, supply contracts and site claims or disruptions. This management phase ensures work is coordinated and delays minimised where possible.
4. Management
The management services provided depends on client requirements and can include: design and specification only; design, specification and supervision; through to full Engineering Procurement and Construction Management.
