With more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, Steven has led engineering, industrial and product distribution businesses through periods of growth, organisational change and market expansion. His background spans finance, commercial management, sales leadership and corporate governance across both privately owned and ASX-listed organisations.
Working closely with the Board and executive leadership team, Steven helps ensure Fraser-Lever continues to grow with strong governance, sound commercial discipline and a clear focus on delivering long-term value for clients, employees and shareholders.
