Fraser-Lever is an independently owned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy delivering practical engineering, project delivery and asset performance solutions across mining, infrastructure and industrial environments throughout Australia and overseas.
We support projects across the complete asset lifecycle, from feasibility studies and detailed design through to greenfield developments, brownfield upgrades and long-term operational support. Our multidisciplinary approach enables clients to engage one accountable team that understands how engineering decisions affect construction, operations and long-term asset performance.

Built on experience
Fraser-Lever was formed through the merger of two highly regarded engineering businesses.
Fraser-Osborn Pty Ltd was established in 1985 and spent more than three decades supporting mining, government and industrial clients across complex infrastructure projects.
Lever (Aust) Pty Ltd was established in 2009 and developed a strong reputation delivering multidisciplinary engineering services across the mining industry.
Together, these businesses combined decades of engineering knowledge, operational experience and practical project delivery capability.
In 2025, Fraser-Lever entered a new chapter through a management buyout, creating a more agile, focused business committed to practical
engineering, accountable delivery and long-term client partnerships.
Today, Fraser-Lever continues to support projects across Australia and overseas, delivering multidisciplinary engineering solutions throughout the asset lifecycle.
