About Phil
Phil Tynan is Chief Executive Officer, Director and Principal Electrical Engineer at Fraser-Lever.
With more than 25 years of experience, Phil has built a career delivering practical engineering solutions across mining, minerals processing and heavy industry. His experience spans the complete project lifecycle, including feasibility studies, front-end engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction support, commissioning and operational support across greenfield developments, brownfield upgrades and sustaining capital projects throughout Australia and internationally.
As both an executive leader and practising engineer, Phil remains actively involved in project delivery, providing technical leadership and strategic direction while working closely with clients and project teams to solve complex engineering challenges.
His multidisciplinary background enables him to coordinate civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and controls disciplines to deliver practical, constructable solutions that improve safety, reliability and long-term operational performance.
Leadership focus
Phil believes the best engineering outcomes come from understanding how infrastructure will actually be built, operated and maintained.
He leads multidisciplinary engineering teams with a strong focus on practical delivery, technical quality and long-term client value, ensuring engineering decisions remain aligned with construction requirements, operational objectives and whole-of-life asset performance.
Clients value Phil’s ability to simplify complex engineering challenges, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain accountability from project definition through to commissioning.
