Ben Allwood is Director and Chief Technology Officer at Fraser-Lever.
An engineer by background, Ben combines practical engineering experience with executive leadership across technology, operational systems and digital transformation. His career spans engineering, software, industrial automation, operational technology (OT), information technology (IT), cybersecurity and data engineering, enabling organisations to modernise complex operational environments while maintaining reliability, safety and business continuity.
Ben has held CIO, CTO and CISO leadership positions, guiding organisations through major business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, cybersecurity uplift programs and large-scale technology initiatives. Today, he helps Fraser-Lever clients bridge traditional engineering with modern digital capability, using data, automation and AI to improve asset performance, operational visibility and decision-making.
